Prayer Journal is a multi-platform app (iOS, Android, web, macOS) operated by Sinai Global Limited, enabling users to record audio entries, optionally upload mood data or text, and receive transcriptions and insights powered by OpenAI's Whisper and ChatGPT technologies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Prayer Journal. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

5. User Content

• You retain all rights to your audio entries, mood data, and text.
• By submitting content, you grant us the right to process it solely to provide and improve the Service.
• You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

6. Payment and Subscription

Prayer Journal is a paid service. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not guaranteed.

7. Data Usage

We collect and use your data according to our Privacy Policy. OpenAI does not use your data to train models. See their policy here.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service.
• Transmit viruses, spam, or other disruptive content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
